Saturday, September 12, 2026, students and adult volunteers arrive beginning at 8am.
It's the biggest single-day fundraiser for the West Potomac Performing Arts Department. It's the single biggest fundraiser for West Potomac Choir.
Students: our students in the Performing Arts spend a Saturday canvassing the West Potomac community in groups of four with a parent driver and ask for donations to support the programs. Students should plan to canvas all day, but there are two shifts for those students with work commitments.
Parents: We need parent support to make this day a success. Current volunteer vacancies include: 24 open driver slots for both the AM and Afternoon shifts; help with serving the pizza lunch; 2 runners (one for each shift); and 2 counters (as in counting the donations collected)

Pyramid Concert
The West Potomac High School Pyramid Choir Concert. Welcome signers from Carl Sandurg Middle School and eight feeder elemetary schools: Belle View, Bucknell, Groveton, Fort Hunt, Hollin Meadows, Hybla Valley, Stratford Landing, and Waynewood.

Camp Highroad
Our annual choir retreat to Camp Highroad will be taking place August 7th-9th. All students enrolled in choir at West Potomac HS for the ’26-’27 school year are invited (priority given to seniors). More details can be found in the attached packet.
The total cost for students to attend is $200, paid in exact cash or by check made out to West Potomac Choir Boosters. Financial assistance or payment extension is available on request. All payments and forms are due by the last day of school, Wednesday, June 17th.
