Welcome to the West Potomac High School Choral Boosters for the 2026 - 2027 school year! The Choral Boosters are parents of current choir students whose mission is to support the choir through fundraising and coordination of choir events to help Ms. Solares. We’re looking forward to a wonderful year with all new and returning families. We are excited for the new choir season and thank you for joining us.

Standing committees:
Hospitality - Assists in hospitality efforts approved by the Executive Board and membership. Sonia Campos
Uniform - Evaluates uniform wear and tear; coordinates with choir director to anticipate future growth; oversees the distribution of uniforms including fittings, cleaning arrangements, and management of concert attire. —Needed
Fundraising - Executes all fundraising activities including Spring Show ad sales; identifies and pursues all fundraising opportunities. Amanda Socci
Publicity - Responsible for community awareness; assists choir director in middle school recruitment; designs and maintains choral webpage; maintains social media presence; releases press updates to press sources. — Student Choir Leaderships
Event Coordinator - Implements plans for Spring Choral Banquet, and as needed. — Needed
Volunteer Coordinator - Organizes volunteers for District, Spring Show, and as needed. Sonia Campos
Choir Liaison - Represents Choir Boosters at PTSA and Athletic Boosters meetings. — Needed
Are you interested in volunteering for a board position? Nominations for the 2027-28 Booster Board will start in January, with voting to take place in April / May. If you are interested in shadowing a position, please let us know. You can shadow the current board member to learn what you will be doing and be ready to step in.
Open Choir Booster Positions

The West Potomac Choral Boosters meet every first Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm.
